Keystone Bitcoin collects your name and email solely for the purpose of managing your waitlist registration, sending relevant updates, and improving your experience. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

All data is stored securely using Supabase, an encrypted and privacy-compliant backend infrastructure. You may request your data be corrected or deleted at any time by contacting us at keystoneimperial@gmail.com.

We comply with applicable data privacy laws, including:

  • GDPR (EU/UK): Right to access, rectification, deletion, and objection
  • CCPA/CPRA (California): Right to opt-out of data sale, right to know/delete
  • Pennsylvania state law: Adherence to fair data usage practices

In response to litigation involving Meta, Google, and Plaid, we do not embed hidden trackers or request third-party financial credentials. We commit to transparency, minimal data collection, and purpose limitation.

Based on rulings in recent tech privacy cases (including Facebook/Cambridge Analytica and Google Analytics GDPR decisions), we do not share data without explicit consent and reject the use of dark patterns to manipulate users.
